There's simply no need to troll when the fish are so easy to find and get close to, which was the case when I chanced upon this school of longtail tuna on the weekend. I went home with sore arms this day, but it was all well worth the pain. This footage shows me casting into the school and coming up trumps soon after. A few scary moments were presented when I spotted two long, thick dark shapes swimming underneath the tuna as I reeled it to the kayak. Fortunately these turned out to be dolphins, which popped up after I'd boated the fish.
