This is one of my more educational video clips, in the 'what not to do' sense. It was all going well as I pulled in this big longtail tuna until it tangled into a line I had dangling back near the rudder. At this point things went pear shaped in spectacular fashion, resulting in a broken line, rod tip and even a rudder blade pin. Being rather foolish at the time (hindsight is 20/20) I very nearly managed to skewer myself with a 6-barbed lure in the process. Worth watching if you want to see why it just doesn't pay to have another line out while you're fighting a good strong fish.
